Agile/Scrum Project Management – Website Development
Managed the development of a bakery website built on Google Sites, which opens sales to online orders. Executed Scrum events using Jira while working with a Scrum team of 8 members and collaborating with client team.
Successful execution of 2 sprints by guiding the team to follow best agile practices such as Peer reviews, TDD and INVEST criteria-based US.

Initiated the project by conducting interview elicitation techniques to understand the business requirement following up with Jira project creation.
Created 6 epics,12 user stories and design, development, test as subtaks for each user story.
Facilitated the sprint planning by keeping the high priority epics/US ready for the sprint backlog.
Monitored the sprint scope along with resolving the impediments
Demonstrate the website for the customer team during the sprint review following up with a retrospective to inspect and adapt.

Process Improvement Project - Netflix
The objective is to analyze a poorly planned Netflix project & artifacts to create an organized & detailed project plan with an appropriate SDLC methodology.
Presented a well-organized cost-effective project plan with 15% less than allotted budget by choosing hybrid (Agifall) methodology.
Presented following project artifacts:
SDLC diagram, SDLC justification, Requirements artifact, Scope breakdown artifact, Schedule, Budget, Risk management approach, Communications management approach.
Waterfall - Go Kidz Go Mobile App Development
The goal of project is to create a waterfall project plan for mobile application developement.
An app that matches active families and working parents in need of transportation for their children with safe and local rideshare resources of same community.
The project schedule stayed within the 35 day as required by the sponser.

Old Town Bank - Hybrid
Managed a ​minimum viable product (MVP) version of a banking website for Old Towne Bank with clear requirements and are not expected to change for the MVP. The project timeline is relatively short with a four-month turnaround time.
Chose hybrid (Wagile) methodolgy for managing the project to best suited with the requirements. Initiated the project by refining the requirements to create epics and user story, release planning by gantt chart, creation of project, product backlog and releases in Jira.
