I am driven by my love for solving problems through collaboration and transparency. I strive to understand others’ perspectives and needs to build meaningful connections and relationships.

 

As Scrum Master with a strong background in software developement in Pega, a business process management platform, I possess a keen ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders while maintaining a high level of energy and dedication. 

Over the past 7 years, I have honed my expertise working with cross-functional teams in Agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodologies, delivering successful projects within the healthcare and banking domains and holding PSM-I (Professional Scrum Master) certification. 

 

As a continuous learner, recently, I have earned a certification in Technology Project management from UC Berkeley where I gained deeper insight into waterfall project management, project management operations, hybrid project management, agile methodologies and scrum framework,  leadership skills, resource management and prioritization as well as worked on real time problem projects. I believe my technical experience & project management learnings helps me understand my team better and empower them to bring efficiency and accuracy in their work.

My passion for agile and scrum drives me to continuously reflect, learn and adapt. During my tenure in previous projects, I have helped my colleagues with every type of issue and handled it with professionalism and ease. I have mentored junior employees on best Pega and Scrum practices to apply in the projects to achieve optimal results. I have trained new employees and have become respected as the “go-to-person” or “SME” for my projects. I have developed & converted 2 MVP’s into full time projects,  trekked through technical issues, brainstormed with strategy, troubleshooting with QA and maintained a good report with my stakeholders. 

 

My technical skills are partnered with my creative side; I have been a lifelong artist who loves to paint & write poems, wanderlust, organizing addict and I always have a song stuck in my head!!!
